Problems using the CRSBI website
Are you having problems viewing and searching the CRSBI website?
If the pages don't display correctly you may be seeing a problem related to your web browser. The CRSBI website will not work in some older browsers, for example versions of Internet Explorer before 6. You can try updating or switching your web browser.
Windows Users
If you are using Internet Explorer, you can either use Windows Update, or visit http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/ to download the latest version of this browser.
If you are using Firefox you will need to go to http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/ to download the latest version of this browser.
Mac Users
If you use Apple Safari, in Mac OS versions 10.4 or 10.5, use Software Update to obtain the latest version. Safari 2, 3 and 4 are all compatible with the CRSBI website.
If you are using Firefox you will need to go to http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/ to download the latest version of this browser.

In order for us, or the CCH technical team to be able to help you, we will need an full description of the problem you are experiencing, so please give as much detail as possible.
