Comments/Opinions

The N arcade is Transitional, from the end of the 12thc. Pevsner commented on the unusual 14thc. ogee-headed niche in W elevation of the tower, suggesting that it should be attributed to the workshop responsible for the screen at Southwell and the chancel at Hawton.
