Description

Nothing survives of a Romanesque building. The present church is of the 15thc and consists of a chancel, nave with N and S aisles, a S porch and a W tower. The font is the only Romanesque feature.

History

A settlement at Hazelbury Bryan is not mentioned in the Domesday Book. In the Taxatio of 1291 the rectory was valued at £ 4. 6s. 8d., but it is well-attested as moiety between two rectors with separate advowson-holders.
